1) Zero-Tolerance Statement

ParkingSwap strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including the creation, possession, distribution, solicitation, or viewing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, or any conduct that endangers minors. Violations result in immediate account removal and reporting to authorities.

2) Scope & Definitions

Child/Minor: Any person under the age of 18.

CSAE/CSAM: Any content or conduct that sexually exploits or abuses a child, including AI-generated or "drawn/animated" depictions.

3) Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are examples of prohibited content and conduct (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Images, video, audio, text, or links depicting or describing sexual exploitation of minors (including AI-generated or cartoon material).
  • Grooming, sexual extortion ("sextortion"), solicitation of sexual imagery, or attempts to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Sharing a minor's personal data with sexual intent.

4) Safety & Enforcement Measures

Proactive moderation

We review and act on user reports and lawful notices; we remove violating content and ban offending accounts.

Detection & escalation

Where legally permitted, we use industry best practices and classification standards to assess reports and escalate.

Cooperation with authorities

We preserve data and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant authorities, as required by law.

5) How to Report Concerns

In-app reporting

Use Menu → Report → Safety/CSAE on any profile, post, or message.

Email reporting

Contact our designated child-safety team at safety@parkingswap.com (monitored). Include links, screenshots, and timestamps.

Emergency situations

If someone may be in immediate danger: Call 911 or your local police.

External hotlines

  • United States: Report to NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org
  • Outside the U.S.: Report to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) or your national hotline: iwf.org.uk

6) Consequences

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify law enforcement/NCMEC. We may also block devices and restrict re-registration.

7) Data Handling & Evidence Preservation

For CSAE investigations, we may preserve relevant logs and content and disclose information to NCMEC and law enforcement consistent with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

8) Youth Protection & Age Limits

Our service is intended for users 18+. If we learn a minor is using the service, we will take steps to close the account and protect the child.

9) Transparency

We are committed to improving our CSAE response and may publish periodic summaries or adopt industry transparency frameworks over time.
